Great Teams Deserve Great Recognition
The JTA's Employee Recognition Program is designed to celebrate individuals who demonstrate outstanding performance, exceptional contributions, or notable achievements in their roles.
Each month, team members from Administrative, Bus Operations, and Maintenance categories are honored based on the following criteria:
TENURE
Must be a JTA/JTM employee
Performance
No disciplinary actions
attendance
Adherence to attendance policies
proven
Action within the preceding 3 months
Past winners are not eligible for recognition again until 12 months after receiving the award.
