Purpose

Please see the route changes for August 2024 and January 2025 Service Plan Major Service Change:

If no revisions are made to the service plan, these route changes will become final and go into effect in the August 2024 and January 2025.

The following is a description of the proposed transit service enhancements:

Proposed Service Enhancements for August 2024

  • Route 3 & 19: More frequent weekday daily service
  • First Coast Flyer Routes Blue & Green: More frequent daily service on weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Proposed Service Enhancements for January 2025

  • Routes 13 & 53: More frequent daily service
  • First Coast Flyer Routes Orange & Red: More frequent weekday service

The project team will outline plans for the expansion of service frequencies to improve passenger experience with improved transit access to more jobs and essential services to best meet the needs of the community in alignment with our MOVE 2027 Plan.

The open house portion of the meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., allowing attendees the opportunity to review materials summarizing the enhancements. The formal presentation will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Opportunities for public comment will be available throughout the meeting.

All interested persons or groups are encouraged to attend and participate. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability or familial status. Anyone requiring special accommodations should contact Tsopie Trottie at 904-630-3107 no later than 7 days prior to the meeting. These meetings are ADA accessible.
