Every day, the JTA is moving people, connecting neighborhoods, and delivering reliable and courteous service — and with your partnership, we’re doing it Better Together. We are pleased to launch the Better Together campaign, where we will spotlight our operators, technicians, customer service teams, innovators, and you, the communities we serve. Over the coming weeks, we will share videos and stories about the various ways Team JTA is working for you. From new fleet and service upgrades to construction milestones, from behind-the-scenes moments to real voices from across our system — our goal is to illustrate how the JTA is working with you to keep Northeast Florida moving Better Together!

You have our commitment: we heard you and are working every day to get you where you need to go, safely, efficiently and on time. We’ve streamlined some of our bus routes to decrease wait times and improve reliability. We’ve added new fleet vehicles and enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure your ride remains safe and pleasant. We’ve refreshed our website and app so trip planning and customer service needs are at your fingertips. And we work each day to build and maintain roadways and sidewalks that make your commute a little easier.

Even if you don’t ride JTA buses, we’re always mindful of how our work impacts you. From streets to sidewalks to bike lanes, our goal is to improve how you move.
