Due in large part to their direction and commitment, the JTA has been recognized by and won a number of awards from industry organizations such as the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Florida Public Transportation Association (FPTA), Mass Transit Magazine, as well as the Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC of Florida) and American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC-FL) for the outstanding construction of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center at LaVilla.
