The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that a Board of Directors Strategic Retreat will be held in the Conference Rooms of Four Points located at 11 North 1st Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250, as follows:

  • Wednesday, September 3, 2025, beginning at 8:45 am and will recess at 4:30 for dinner at North Beach Fish Camp located at 100 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida 32266.

  • Thursday, September 4, 2025, reconvene the Retreat at 8:45 am. The Board will adjourn at 12:00 pm.

The Regular Meeting of the JTA Board of Directors will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Jacksonville Beach City Hall, Council Chambers 11 North 3rd Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250. A virtual link for the meeting will be provided on the JTA Website by Monday, September 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

      • Comments are limited to three minutes.

      • After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.

He/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
