The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 on the third floor of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 as follows:

  • 10:30 a.m. Work Session

  • 11:30 a.m. Shade Meeting

  • 12:30 p.m. Board Meeting

  1. Advance registration is requested.

  2. The attendee meeting link will open at 10:15 a.m.

  3. There will be a Public Comment Section.

    • Reminder: The Public Comment section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in the order the Request to Speak Cards are submitted.

    • Comments are limited to three minutes.

    • After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.

He/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
