Get the Best Fare for your ride paying with the MyJTA App! With our Best Fare Policy, the more you ride with us, the more you can save on fixed routes.

Patrons who purchase fixed-route bus fare though the MyJTA app are guaranteed to receive the best possible fare once they meet the fare equivalent of a daily, three day, weekly, or monthly pass.

As you continue to purchase fixed-route bus fare through the app, MyJTA will automatically calculate the best possible fare. If you purchase multiple single day passes, you will soon receive a refund equal to the difference in cost between single and multi-day passes. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, such as a credit card, debit card or your Cash App account.

Best Fare Scenario

If a patron purchases three single ride passes at $1.75 on the MyJTA app, they will receive a refund back to their original form of payment in the amount of $0.75. This refund is calculated on the fact that they would have saved $0.75 had a 1-day pass been originally purchased.
