The JTA relies on feedback and input from customers to support and improve our services. Below are ways to get involved.
The Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee (JTAC) meets on the second Monday of each month with the exception of July and December. Meetings will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center (JRTC) at LaVilla in the Board Room on the Third Floor. Attendees also have the option to attend via Zoom.
The JTAC advocates on behalf of the citizens of Jacksonville for improvements to all forms of public transportation in the community. The JTAC also serves to advise JTA’s executives, its management team, its contractors and its Board of Directors of policies and other matters pertaining to the transportation of persons with disabilities.
All interested persons or groups are encouraged to attend and participate. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability or familial status. Anyone requiring special accommodations should contact adasupport@jtafla.com or call 904-630-3107 no later than 7 days prior to the meeting. These meetings are ADA accessible.
