The JTA recently implemented another round of service enhancements following recommendations and customer feedback. These improvements include frequency increases, running time adjustments and schedule changes on 10 routes. We’ve also added two brand-new bus stops at the VA Clinic North and UF Health North in River City. Learn more about these enhancements here.
Team members recently had the opportunity to put their driving and technical skills to the test at the annual Roadeo competition. Twenty Fixed Route Operators, three Paratransit Operators and three Maintenance Technician teams competed in timed courses and challenges, demonstrating their expertise in handing complex situations on the job.
