The Jacksonville Transportation Authority’s (JTA) Gameday Xpress is back for the 2021 NFL season with new mobile ticketing.
The Gameday Xpress is your roundtrip ticket to the big game this season with direct service from five JTA parking locations to TIAA Bank Field for all Jacksonville Jaguars home games, starting with the Aug. 14 preseason game against the Cleveland Browns. Service begins two hours before kick-off and continues for one hour after each game ends.
In accordance with the current Transportation Security Administration (TSA) COVID-19 Directive for public transportation, face masks are required at all times while on board a Gameday Xpress bus, and inside JTA facilities.
New for the 2021 NFL Season, the JTA is introducing mobile cashless ticketing to promote a safer, more efficient Gameday Xpress experience. Customers can purchase secure mobile tickets through either the MyJTA or Token Transit mobile applications. Each are available on the Google Play Store for Android devices, and the Apple App Store for iPhone.
Season passes are just $50 and include roundtrip service for all Jaguars home games. Single game passes are $8 from Downtown Locations and $13 from Suburban Locations.
Please note, the FSCJ Downtown Campus parking option has replaced the Convention Center parking option on the Northbank.

On Board Reminders
All JTA buses and Gameday Xpress locations are ADA accessible, however we encourage customers with special needs to use the FSCJ Downtown Campus parking location.
To make your mobile ticketing experience smooth, we recommend downloading mobile apps and purchasing passes while on a secure Wi-Fi network such as your home before you get to a Gameday Xpress parking location. Staff will be available onsite to assist if needed.
Gameday Xpress customers using the FSCJ Downtown Campus or Armsdale Park-n-Ride lots will be dropped off and picked up from the ramp area located between Gates 2 and 3, at the north end of TIAA Bank Field.
All other Gameday Xpress riders will be dropped off at TIAA Bank Field Lot B, which is located east of the stadium, across Haines Street between Gates 3 and 4. View the TIAA Bank Parking Map.
Gameday Xpress customers are permitted to bring coolers and other small items like foldable chairs on board as long as they do not impede the aisles or take up too much space. We ask that you do not eat or drink on board.
The Jaguars have a strict Clear Bag Policy and a list of prohibited items you cannot bring with you into TIAA Bank Field. That list prohibits items like seat cushions, umbrellas, large electronics or recording devices, infant carriers or strollers. You cannot store or leave those items on the Gameday Xpress shuttle.
If you accidentally leave something on board, please notify the nearest JTA official as soon as possible. You may also contact JTA Customer Service at (904) 630-3100.
The JTA is not responsible for any unattended, lost or stolen items but will make every attempt to locate your belongings. When you board, please make note of the bus number and which lot you parked in.
