JTA offering free rides for college students
JACKSONVILLE, FL. - Local College students can ride Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) bus services for free during the fall semester.
Eligibility is open to any full-time and part-time students enrolled in degree seeking programs at local Jacksonville colleges or universities, including those who take online classes. This includes trips on any JTA bus or First Coast Flyer Bus Rapid Transit route.
This promotion is limited to one pass per student and is valid during the fall semester through December 31, 2021.
Students can sign up by visiting: https://www.tokentransit.com/jacksonvillefl/college (or scanning the QR code below) and following the steps to verify their enrollment through ID.Me.
Once verified, students can access and download their mobile passes through the Token Transit mobile app for iOS and/or Android smart mobile devices.
