closeJACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA - May 8, 2017 - In an effort to continue to improve the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) customers’ experience riding transit, JTA will host a series of public meetings and hearings to seek public input regarding a proposed elimination of all 3-day pass options and removal of 7 and 31-day paper tickets. Customers will be migrated to STAR Cards.
The meetings will be held in an open house format where customers can arrive within the meeting window, discuss the proposals and provide feedback. The public is strongly encouraged to attend to review the proposed changes and provide input.
