Purpose

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is holding a public hearing to provide information and seek public input regarding a procurement rule change.

This public hearing is being held to present the proposed changes to JTA Procurement Rule 002 in order to be compliant with Federal FTA Procurement Regulations. The changes reflect a micropurchase threshold increase, Leadership title corrections and the addition of contracting authority thresholds for the EVP/Chief Administrative Officer.
